I would like to report suspected housing fraud. Shawna Holmes is living in subsidized housing in Portage, Wi. She has a 2 bedroom, with 3 boys, and her brother is also living with her, but he’s not on the list of tenants. I am tired of people who are capable of working using the “system” to get things for nothing, paid for by us, the taxpayers. Nothing may come of this, but it does need to be looked into. Also, Ms. Holmes is on numerous medications that do affect her ability to parent. Thank you for your time and consideration.
