Hi! I am Rhonda Jones. Pleased to meet you! I currently reside alone in Toledo, Ohio and would like to relocate to the beautiful state of Washington within the next few months. I visited Centralia approximately a year ago, loved it. My daughter moved from Centralia, WA a couple months ago and now lives in Tumwater, WA. I miss her so! She has only been in Washington almost 3 years now and she is trying to find housing for me as well. I am a 67 years young kinda-of-active senior who is wanting to be close to her daughter yet not too close, lol. I’ve had a Section 8 voucher many years. In Toledo, I live in a 2-bedroom single family dwelling (reasonable accommodations) however don’t mind living in 55+ community setting with individual entrance into the unit. I don’t want to be too picky but sure would like everything on one floor (prayerfully first floor if not a single family dwelling). I have some breathing issues but am able to take care of myself without any assistance. I love to walk, grocery shop, reading, music, movies, plants and a clean environment. I am very outgoing and love meeting people. I am very neat/clean and can give any prospective landlord letters of references from present/past landlords. I love kids (I have 6 grands) but it is not my preference to live in area where many children reside. Honestly, I’m not mean…just love a little quiet. I hope I’m not asking too much however, I can be your best tenant. Won’t you give me (no cats, no dogs, just an aquarium) a chance?? Thank you and have a nice day!!
