Hi I am currently looking for another two or three bedroom, 1-2 bathroom single family home. Preferably within the Dayton area near downtown or close to shopping, schools, and businesses. With a monthly rent between $441-$541 a month. No higher then that. What I am looking for is a house, not a (duplex) with a 1 or 2 car garage, basement or shed for extra storage space, that comes with a stove and refrigorator, dish washer, pet friendly, with a reasonable size fenced in back yard. I’m only looking to find a house where the tenant is responsible for paying electric and water or electric only vice versa no (gas). I’m currently on Section 8 and I have a 2 bedroom voucher for $664 and I cannot afford to go over my 40% house hold contribution/ utility allowance. PLEASE CALL 937-640-3680
