I’ve lived at Hilltop House for a few years too long…I DO NOT recommend applying for this place…There are DRUGS in here…People have been stealing from other residents…Somebody keeps going to EVERY apartment trying to open their doors…Residents HARASS visitors who come into the lobby…The building itself is fine…Everything is kept up and well taken care of…But the people here act like little kids…They SPIT on the elevator doors…And are very nosy…If this behavior doesn’t bother you…By all means apply…But my opinion about this place…I can’t get out of here fast enough…I’m fortunate enough to have decent neighbors…And they’re great!! But they even have had enough of the childishness going on in here…The police are always sitting in the parking lot…The “Lonely” ones in here will call 911 because they “Have a headache” or will pull the fire alarms for “Something to do”…I could go on and on…But I’m working on getting out of this place as fast as I can and I wont look back
