I am a mature woman with a 1200 sq ft home in Las Vegas, NM. It is located on Harris Rd which is considered to be in the county. It was originally a 3 bed 1 bath home but it is now considered a 2 bed home because a lot of the dividing walls were removed. It is completely fenced on .71 acres with many dividing fences for gardens and chickens and a dog yard. The home is an air-lock log cabin with solar and wood heating and very well insulated so air conditioning is not needed. I would like to know how to go about signing up as a landlord for your program.
