Hi,
I have a friend who was approved for Section 8 housing but has yet to receive a voucher. I think she may be on a waiting list. She is in need of emergency housing because she is homeless but for some odd reason they are not providing her with any help. She also has SSD. Is there anything she can do while she is waiting?
