Villa Marie apartments, while are very nice and are undergoing alot of very nice additions (ie. new park for the kids, new windows in the units) I would have NEVER considered this place had i known about all the roaches that infest the buildings… there are at least 3 species of roaches that i encounter and kill daily. they are everywhere and get into EVERY thing. Its unsanitary and embarassing… i cannot WAIT till my lease ends. I may have low income, but i have high standards.
