Elderly mother and daughter/caregiver seeking a two bedroom, two bath, first floor apt. Apt can also, be on second level as long as it has an elevator available.
Apartment must have washer/dryer in unit and include some utilities. Mother holds a Section 8 Voucher. We are respectable, quite people who mind our own business and pay our rents/bills on time. We have no pets. Mother has great rental history but, does not have credit history because everything was under my dad’s name before he passed on. Mother has been living in Clearwater, Fl for a year now and now renting but, the rental home was just sold. We both can pass a criminal background check. We’re looking for a condo, villa or a nice quite/safe apt community area to rent at. We have no pets! As a former property manager, I can vouched for us and tell you that we’re the type of tenants you definitely want to have renting from you. We take care of our rentals like it’s our own home. We’re clean, quite and pay our rent on time!
