I have a great house to rent on 1329 Summerview Drive in Stockton. It is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with a den, livingroom, formal dinning, and kitchen with nook. It also has a two car garage, and inside laundry. It is on a quiet senior living street with the Summerplace Homeowner’s Association. There is a swimming pool, club-house, barbecue area and hot tub as part of its added “amenities.” I am looking for a nice elderly couple to rent this property at $1,100.00 per month.
