Does Christian Church Homes of Northern California over see or perhaps direct folks to those apartments that are low income housing as service to those in differing areas? I notice your phone is in a (510) area code. The apartments you list are in the area I live in. If this is just a website to give people a heads-up as to apartments in the differing areas of U.S…any help is appreciated. I was just hoping to get fresher listings or those that aren’t commonly given on lists to those attending orientation meetings when they receive their vouchers. We are given a rote list of apartments in our local area. With only 3 months to use a voucher it is difficult to locate a place. The apartments you have listed above on Bodega Avenue have a 2 to 4 year waiting list. Sad state of affairs for those desperate for housing and a time limit in finding a place.
Besides Section 8 folks have a stigma against them and most people will not accept Section 8..private or otherwise. 7777 does not accept Section 8.
