Hello, I will be 70 y.o. in 4 months and in relatively good health. I do have “spinal stenosis” & “COPD” which place me in a handicapped situation. I am a single male, no pets. I currently live in Pennsylvania under section 8 voucher. I am a Navy veteran from the Vietnam era and most of my health problems are taken care of by the Veterans Administration, I also have private health & dental insurance. My son (32 y.o.) has lived in San Diego since shortly after his discharge from the U.S. Army. He did serve in Iraq. I believe he has lived there over 5 years. He would like me to move to the San Diego area so he can help me in the coming years, and I agree with him. My income is 100 % from Social Security, $964.00 a month. I am hoping you can give me assistance in finding a 1 bedroom apartment, clean and bug free and in a safe area.
