I am over 55 (57) and disabled. I am waiting for my transfer from Shelter Plus care Section 8 to a regular Housing choice voucher. One drawback- I must stay where I am presently live, before I can move again. And it will take at least 3-6 months for the voucher to be processed. At least it would allow me enough time to pay for deposits, etc. I am well educated, no children, have a good rental record, and have lived at my current place since 1997. I am presently looking for a large Single or a 1 brm. Do you have a wait list right now that I can wait on?
