Hello,
I have a friend – over 62 yrs. who has full custody of her two teen age grandchildren. She was living with a friend, but the friend passed away and she was no longer able to live there. Could you advise us of where we could look for affordable housing for her and her grandchildren? she is on Social Security and works two days a week as a caregiver for the elderly so she does not have much income.
