Super cute, well maintained, three bedroom, two bath single family home on a quiet residential street in White Rock.
The front has minimal landscaping (we are redoing it) and the back yard is shaded with lawn, automatic sprinklers, and a covered patio right off the kitchen. The carpet is newer and nice, there is tile floor in bathrooms and kitchen, a one car garage, and a log burning fire place. There is BIG additional storage in the shed in the back yard, we provide window air conditioning units (and will hook them up for you if you want), and there is a washer/dryer hook up. The last tenant left her dryer and we have a washer you can use if you don’t have one. We just redid the roof last summer and put in a new dishwasher last fall. New lights in the bedrooms and kitchen as well as a new kitchen sink. New paint throughout. Gas range as well as microwave over the stove. There is a park with swing sets and play equipment right across the street, the school bus picks up less than a block away, and it is easy walking distance to the community pool.
We want a 12 month lease starting July 1 at $1350/mo. Tenant pays for utilities and trash, damage deposit equal to one month’s rent. Please call 719-576-3890.
