I’ve been trying to get my elder mother-in-law into the WAYNE SENIOR CITIZENS /AKA/EDWARD SISCO SENIOR CITZEN housing for years and the staff will not take her name or put it on the list…for 5 years they have been telling me the list is closed and even if it were open, there is a lottery…the chances of her getting in are slim and stear me away. Does anyone have advice for why this is happening and they are not regulated by any rules and regs?
