I have a section 8 voucher and I am still in of finding an apartment in the Stroudsburg/East Stroudsburg area, especially along the bus route.
I signed up for a one-bedroom apartment or studio apartment with the rent between 500 min. and 700 max., with a good amount of utilities included, willing to pay for own electricity if not included. All the basic fixes (bathroom, kitchen, living room). I also want to check for apartments that allow pets if optional.
