Hi,

I am staying at my sons’ place at 6037 4th Ave South and recently moved from a house with shower / toilet facilitiesin the basement to a single bathroom on the main level. I would like to secure a subsidized one BR apt near this address so Becklund Outreach is close at 5353 Elliot Ave South, Minneapolis, MN. The others are Walker at 6130 Lyndale Ave South, Creek Terrace at 616 – 53rd Street South and Robert Will Community Housing at 6345 Pleasant Ave South, Richfield, MN. Just curious why there is no listings for single people. I am disabled but it is a mental thing. Does that qualify as disabled or do I need to be in a wheelchair?
