I have a Section 8 Voucher that expires 11/13/2010.
I am looking to rent a one – two bedroom townhome or duplex within the price range $495 to $675 a month with ulities included. I looking for townhomes or duplexes on the west side of Lansing in the Ingham county area. I looking for the amenties:gas stove or range(electric ok) refrigerator, storage, 1 1/2 to 2 bath, hardwood floors or carpet, dishwasher, garbage disposal, trash pick-up, walk-in closet optional, garage attach(garage not attach is okay. I prefer not to rent in the downtown Lansing area or South side location area of Ingham due to work and College. If there is no restrictions I will rent in the Eaton County-Delt township location. i have sec 8 voucher i live in a 3 bedroom i am disabled i live with my fiancee and 3 kids and he has 3 kids that are there 4 days a week i need a 4 bedroom as soon as possible my kids go to holt schools but i will take them to school so anything 4 bedroom almost anywhere would be good we are good people
