Stony Brook Commons Is supposed to understand
people with section 8 Vochures are not going to
have A-1 Credit. I felt discriminated against , as I have
a BHA Certificate , and I explained to leasing officer
” Frank ” How my sons illness has effected my credit .
I told him my rents always been paid . He treated me unfairly, and expected me to have carte blanche credit. I think they do not like section 8 Tenants.
They do not like Section 8 tenants. They are trying to run out the ones they have there. I used to live there and paid full market rent. I moved as they became so strict from decorations on your windows to planting flowers to even the outside mat. I will not go out of my way to talk bad about this place, but I definitely will not recommend it to NO ONE whenever I’m asked about it. They forget word of mouth is the best advertisement.
